Designer and Preview looks different

I have been experiencing the designer page and preview looks very different. This is very frustrating as it brings my efficiency down. I am assuming it is because of the bottom layer bar.
Is there a way to turn that off?
Does anyone of you experience in this kind of inconsistency, and is there another way to you fix this issue?

i coudn´t reproduce your problem.

In my opinion, they look the same. There can be a slight difference, because of the changing aspect ratio, but this shouldn’t be a problem for your site.
