Designer acting glitchy

Hi All,

For the second day now I have not been able to edit one of the pages on my site in the designer (/about). Editing on other pages is normal but on this particular page, the designer UI flashes on and off, breaking in pieces, appearing and disappearing. Its impossible to make changes on this page. There are CMS items on this page (not sure if that has anything to do with it). Heres the read only link:

Yes! this is occurring very often for me now and has been apparent for the last two weeks.

  1. Blog posts not publishing
  2. Designer changes not reflected in preview or in published pages
  3. Changes to password protected pages not propagating

I would assume some serious caching issues are occurring.
