Design view pages cut-off

When I am working on my site the pages are cut off. But when I toggle preview the page is full and I can see the actual format. What is the issue??

Don’t use fixed widths or heights in your elements:

[bri88 (Briana de Cola)]

Thank you for the information. I changed all my elements from pixels to percentages or “auto” and I am still having the same problem.
