Delay link action until after a GIF plays once

Hi!

I would like my contact form (second last section from the bottom - ‘Write Section’) to do the following sequence:

  1. Click ‘Contact Button’ link
  2. Play ‘LoadingBarGif’ once
  3. Open Email link

But I’m a bit new to this and for the life of me - I can’t figure out how.
