Decrease the price based on points amount in Airtable

Hi,

I have a challenging task to do and need some advices from you :slight_smile:

Given:

  1. An Airtable database that contains email address and number of points (or it might be different service, not Airtable)
  2. Webflow ecommerce

Need to achieve:

  1. During the checkout users put their email into the input and press the button
  2. In the ideal world there must be some kind of email address validation (email with the link to confirm the email address)
  3. After the validation I need to check if this email exists in an Airtable database
  4. Take the amount of points and decrease the total amount based on formula

Sounds like a very complicated functionality but I believe that with your help I will achieve it :slight_smile:

Josh with Foxy here. What you’re after may not be possible with Webflow Eccomerce, but it is possible with our seamless Webflow integration: https://foxy.io/webflow

Using our embeddable customer portal, you can modify pricing, show/hide Webflow content, and more based on different criteria. You can even use Zapier/Make to send customer/order information to Airtable and calculate points based on sales or any other criteria.

Given your 2nd point, and the API that webflow gives you, you have no way to achieve what you need. Foxy as suggested is way far better for this
