Deactivation of Zopim Live Chat

Hi,

I am trying to deactive Zopim widget from one of my websites but it still shows on the page. I have removed the custom code and deactivate the account.

Someone help?

perhaps, either updating the wrong code or there may be resident cookies

Hi, yes, I think @Revolution could be right, it could be browser cache also. Make sure you have no html embeds left with code, and the HEAD and FOOTER of your site in the Custom Code section of Site Settings has no code from Zopim either (if you want to disable Zopim for all pages).

Hi there! I’m having the same issue. I can’t find any mention of zopim in my theme liquid, no snippet, nor could help two Shopify gurus.
