Datepicker format change - inside modal form

I’m trying to change the date format in the enquiry form I’ve created. Any help would be very much appreciated. See read only link. Thanks in advance.

Don’t see a date picker here, also I don’t believe Webflow has built in date pickers. How did you go about creating yours?

HI, in the enquiry form at the bottom of the page there is an input titled datepicker.
Perhaps I’m using the wrong terminology, I didn’t build it, but I am stuck with solving the issue.

Sorry just working this out and leaving a trail incase anyone spots the solution. Looking at developer tools I can see it’s jquery.
