Custom share links

I haven’t found or read a solution on how to add social media share links with custom icons. I got the Share This icons up but i want them to be just small simple grey icons, not big colored badges. Any help?

Have you tried AddThis? AddThis Share Buttons - AddThis The pro solution offers you the ability to customise the buttons.
