Custom name in the success message in the form works only for the first form on the page

Hello all,

I’m trying to set up customer name in the success message in the form. I tried this method but it works only in the first form. Before I tried this method and it also worked just in the first form.

What am I missing?
What’s going wrong?

In case someone will find find it usefull: that was happening because I had the same ID’s in both forms.
