Custom Map with Logo Marker

Hi all, I’m trying to create a map like the attached below but interactive. It’d be great to have a marker as the logo and change the colours of the map itself whilst still being able to zoom in.

On a related note, if someone knows how to have 2 markers on one interactive map that would be incredible.

Is this the full map? Does the hover need to be isolated to the exact shape of the countries?

I use this platform for one-off interactive maps , due to it’s ease of use.
