Hi everybody,
We have recently migrated our website from Leadpages.com to Webflow and we seem to have encountered an issue with the presentation of our uploaded custom font.
The font we’re having issues with is Sohne. We were also having issues with the Gilroy font but we’ve stopped using it. What’s bizarre is that we also uploaded Helvetica Neue and it seems to function fine. We’ve uploaded both fonts as a WOFF2 file.
On the desktop version of our website, the font displays perfectly fine. However, when we view our website on mobile devices, the “Soehne” fonts do not appear correctly. We didn’t face this problem when our site was hosted on Leadpages.com, so the issue seems to be platform-related or how Webflow interacts with custom fonts.
We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this problem as soon as possible, as it’s essential for us to provide a consistent user experience across all devices.
