Custom code social share icons duplicating on publish

Hi,

I have created 3 social share icons using custom code, however when I publish there are 3 copies of each icon. I’m not quite sure where I’ve gone wrong!

Here’s how it looks in designer:

I’m sure there’s something super obvious I’ve done wrong, so I’d be immensely grateful for any pointers.
