Custom Accordion - Overflow Problem

Dear Webflow Forum,

I have a problem with the website I’m currently building and hope that someone here might have an idea how to fix it.

I’ve build a custom accordion using this cloneable resource on Webflow: Create a custom accordion | Webflow University

It works fine and acts quite responsively as well. However, when scrolling down the content within the accordion is flowing over my navigation bar, which makes everything look very messy and confusing. Does anybody have an idea how to solve this issue?

It looks like the Webflow-default (and uneditable!) .w-dropdown assigns itself a z-index of 900, which means it’s overlapping the nav bar and its z-index of only 100. The easiest fix is probably to just set the nav bar’s z-index to a higher value, like 1000.
