Cursor interaction stops when hovering over text and other elements

I have a background gradient that interacts with the cursor position. It’s working ok, but when the user hovers over any text or elements above the background, it naturally stops working. I have tried to incorporate a pointer event code for the main h1 text on the read-only site here – that seems to be working because the cursor does not appear on hover, however, the animation in the bg still stops following the cursor in that area. Any ideas on how to get this working?

Bonus if you know of a better way to do the gradient background with more control, cleaner approach, etc. Thanks!

Hello @itsmemason, give your .div-block-copy a pointer events none style, inside your embed element, and your background animation should work. I hope this helps.

That did the trick, thanks so much Pablo!
