CSS not showing on chrome

I recently finished a Webflow site for a client that is being hosted on Bluehost. The website looks great on Safari, but when I open up the site on chrome a couple of the CSS styles are not being referenced and my pop-up box is also not showing up. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have been trying to solve this problem for hours lol.

I see the same page on chrome and safari, where should I look for a difference?
