My client is having an issue with their site not loading properly. I am pretty sure it is a CSS issue on their side but I hope a cleverer bod than I could offer some solutions on fixing it and double check it is not a WF issue?

Maybe it because of Mixed Content error (look at the Console in Inspector), but I am not sure about this

Thank you - I have never heard of mixed content!
Are they using a VPN or proxy? Seems that something is blocking the css specifically, and maybe all assets.
