Creating horizontal scroll

Hey Guys,
I’m having trouble creating the horizontal scroll animation and design as can be here on this website under the ‘Find what Fascinates you’ section, To clarify, I want to know how to do the arrow placement below the images, like in the website - because webflow has the arrows on the side: Online Learning: Creative Classes on Skillshare | Start for Free
