I want to build a website for artists where they can put their art on. Like a social media website. I saw a comment that this was not possible in 2015, is this possible now?

It is possible to do but would be quite complex to set up.
These are both worth looking at… You could apply the concept to create your own system where users submit artwork, then you can approve it and post it to a page.
I’m sure you could take it even further and integrate it with something like Memberstack to have user areas where they can manage submissions / remove them. It’s possible, but complicated!
Pretty interesting. I’d like to do something like that one day
