Create Zendesk tickets with Webflow Custom Form


How can I achieve Zendesk ticket creation with a custom Webflow form WITHOUT using Zapier? Is there any future integrations planned? If not, can anyone walk me through the process. Everything I’ve searched is over 5 years old and unnecessarily complex.

You could use an alias email that includes your Zendesk support email and your primary email so when a email is received a new ticket in support is created. Just remember that with Webflow notifications an unsubscribe link is included in the body; which when clicked (by anyone) will also unsubscribe you from notifications. This should work.
