Create PDF from form data

What do people generally use for this?

I need to take form data entered by the user in webflow and use that data to fill in a pdf template with terms and conditions which the user agrees to (or not) when they proceed to checkout, and then provide the final pdf to the user in a later email after they make the purchase.

I have stumbled across solutions like WebMerge. That looks good but also looks like it gets expensive pretty quickly - particularly if users don’t always proceed. You’re basically paying for the PDF doc to be created even if the user doesn’t end up subscribing.

Any recommendations? Is there a ‘free’ standard tool like mail chimp might be considered for email marketing.

Or is WebMerge the tool of choice?

Are you wanting to send the PDF automatically, or will you send the PDF to them after they fill it out?
