Create colums for logos on Home

Thank you. Yes the logos are present on Services page but it was previously on Home page as well, but now the logos are not. Not sure why they disappeared.

I would like know how to restore the logos on Home page i.e. For the home page to have logos at the bottom on the grey strip just as on the Services page (it’s on white strip at bottom)

Any help as always would be appreciated.
