I am not a developer and I don’t know the code. I have a prestashop website. I want to create a customized CMS page without code for my website on prestashp. And is it possible with webflow ?

Let me answer the only question I see in your post.
You want to create a CMS page? Webflow has CMS Template pages, so you definitely can.
However Webflow does not have native e-commerce functionality yet, so you gotta weigh your options and whether you are willing to dive into custom code to workaround the limitations.
