Copy and paste element. Edit the pasted element without it affecting the first element

Ive copy and pasted an picture within a div block. And it copies the whole section over 3 times, Which is wanted. The part where it screws up is when i try to edit the picture of one of the sections, It will edit all of them, instead of the selected one.

How could i separate what im editing?
