Hi folks, I have one simple question about cookies notification.
SITUATION
I have a site with a preloader that is kicking off when moving from page to page. I would like to use a custom cookie eg.’ active ’ to avoid preloader triggering for a session (visitor leave the site).
QUESTION
As this cookie will not contain anything but a custom word to avoid preloader triggering, do I have to use by the law cookie use notification?
I have tried to read thru documents to find exception situations but it has zillion pages so I’m trying to get shortcut here. 
I guess that I can use it without the need for cookies usage notification but I want to be sure.
