Contact forms across the site have suddenly stopped working, and now returning the following error: ‘Oops! Something went wrong while submitting the form.’
We do not have eCaptcha enabled.

Update #1: I’ve just checked and this problem is occurring across different sites. Is anyone else seeing this issue… or is there something silly that I’m missing?
