Connect a Webflow form to Mailerlite

Hi @ChrisDrit Thanks for these instructions, I got it working. However, I am now trying to figure out how to have different forms categorize subscribers into a different group in MailerLite.

For example:

  1. Homepage: Form A is general lead capture that I want to place in my “General” group in MailerLite
  2. Pre-order page: Form B is a lead capture that I want to place in my “Pre-order” group in MailerLite.

The end goal of this would be to send these groups different welcome email sequences.

In your setup instructions above, it seems that all forms captured will go to the same group. How do I purposefully make each form go to different groups?
