I am experiencing issues with the DNS configuration for my website hosted on Webflow, under the domain konatic.com. The domain is registered and managed with the hosting provider o2switch. The DNS records have been configured as follows:
The domain has been published in Webflow, and SSL is enabled. However, when I try to access www.konatic.com, I encounter the error “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN” or “This site can’t provide a secure connection.” The propagation status for A and CNAME records appears mostly green, indicating that the changes have propagated, except for a few regions.
I have also cleared the DNS cache on my local machine and confirmed that the SSL certificate is correctly installed. Despite these steps, the site remains inaccessible.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Is there anything else I need to configure or check on Webflow’s end?
It sounds like you’ve done most of the necessary troubleshooting. Double-check that the A records are correctly pointing to Webflow’s IP addresses and that there are no extra or conflicting DNS entries. DNS changes can sometimes take up to 48 hours to fully propagate. Also, make sure your domain is correctly listed in Webflow’s domain settings and that SSL is enabled. If issues persist, contacting Webflow support might be necessary for further assistance.
