Conditional Link Targets?

There’ve been plenty of threads about conditionally rendering / showing links based on whether or not there is a link URL available, and plenty of others still based on conditionally showing a certain link.

What I’m concerned about is different. I want to know if it’s possible, using non-workaround methods, to have a single link element conditionally target different URLs. In this case, I want the brand logo in our nav bar to link to a certain page when the user is logged in, but to a different page when the user is not logged in.

Until now we’ve had this set up as just two different identical link elements linking to the two different pages. They’re conditionally rendered so that only one shows up based on logged in / not logged in…but I’d like to avoid the clunkiness of having two identical elements sitting there in a nav.
