Comment/review system has bugs with CMS elements

I’ve noticed that with the new comment system, there is an issue where a comment on a CMS item becomes bugged if the CMS items change. The comment will get pushed off the page and can’t be viewed or responded to. It would be nice to be able to respond to comments within the side bar that shows the comments themselves, so if a comment gets broken by a CMS change, the comment can still be replied to or resolved.

In one instance, we had a comment pointed to a CMS item, and another CMS item was added before it, so the comment broke its link to the original CMS item and became invisible on the page. There is no way to remove or resolve the comment now since the interactive box is missing.
