Column overlapping the row - is it possible?

Hello everyone! Webflow is awesome. But I wonder is this behavior is possible:

All eyes on column 1_2 - in a desktop mode I need it to be (possibly) longer than the height of it’s row and push down the 2_2 column. And in a mobile mode it should go under the 1_1 nicely.

Can it be done in Webflow?
