Collection Pages + while page is scrolling

Hi All,

I designed a collection page that show different artist profiles. While scrolling down on the left side, I set an interaction, so the NAME of the artist appears (at around 37%). Since all artist profiles (individual pages) have not the same size of text, each page has a different total page height. This is messing up my interaction, since the 37% is not anymore the precise point where the name appears for some of the pages…

Is there a way that the scroll action can be set individually, or can I make this interaction somehow in another way?
