Collection List Empty State Not Showing/Working

I made a collection list for blog post comments, I styled the empty state, but it’s not showing for the blogs that don’t have comments. How do I get the empty state to automatically show when there is nothing marked to show?

Finally Figured it out. I thought I had already set the Conditional Visibility, but it reset to none so it wasn’t working properly and now is. Phew!
