Collected forms go straight to trash

Hi guys,

I have created a website for a client and was testing the form field with my own email address. But every time I submit a form on the website, the “form submission notification email” is sent straight to the trash of my gmail account (?).
I tested it with my clients in email too, but never received a “form submission notification email”.

What is going on here?!

I would say this is more about your email provider and spam filters than webflow’s side.

The fact that it doesn’t even come into the inbox on my clients side though? Not in trash/spam or anything…
