Code Components are now GA

Hi everyone! We’re excited to announce that Code Components are now generally available in Webflow.

This means you can:

  • Build React components in your own codebase using your favorite dev tools and import them into Webflow.

  • Drag and drop code components onto the Webflow canvas and edit instances with props, slots, and variants.

  • Connect code components to your CMS, localize content, and A/B test or personalize with Optimization.

  • Manage code changes with continuous integration (CI) and Libraries’ change management workflows.

What this looks like in action:

  • Add advanced UI components like graphs or multi-step forms

  • Reuse components across product and marketing sites

  • Import existing design systems to simplify onboarding

  • Implement complex functionality with AI tools and component libraries

Code Components make it possible to build UI beyond Webflow’s native capabilities, while empowering every member of your team to work with tools designed for their skills and preferred workflows.

We’re excited to see what you build with Code Components. Have a React library? Which component would you drop into Webflow before anything else?
