Hello,
Among other things (like no EU hosting), lately I’m having a hard time justifying webflow’s costs to me or some clients, especially with the AI stuff which helps a lot with writing code and almost nothing with building with webflow or other no-code solutions.
Now that CMS site plan got a lot more expensive, I got to raise the question about why our clients are expected to cover the cost of the CMS plan, a tool that is actually really useful to us in the design process. Many times now I wanted to be able to use CMS to build faster and especially edit all the pages that are similar to each other but then I asked myself how I could justify the cost to the client when that makes almost no difference to them. Am I missing something here?
Just like components are a tool available to us for easier site building, the same should go for CMS capabilities, additional charges to the clients should be applied only for functionalities that they actively use.
Let me know what do you think.
