CMS question about dynamic field population

So I have created a page with three columns. In Column A I have a Collection List. I would like when I click on one of the items in Column A that it populates Column B withh Data from the Collection.

So for example in A I have John, Barry, and Mark. When I click on John Barry or Mark in Column A I would like their respective information to pull up in Column B.

Is there a way to do this?

Hello all! I am trying to integrate a Dynamic Content Collection into a Tabs, where each tab is an item in the collection. I am having a hard time making it work, and the result was creating a tabs with copied information from the collection, which caused the site load to creep to a standstill and fail. Any ideas how to make this work? Thanks!
