CMS page limit and pricing change

Hi Webflow team,

I’m encountering an unexpected limitation with our CMS plan. We’ve been customers since before the July 2024 price changes and currently have around 97 pages on our site.

According to the Core plan specifications, we should have a 150-page limit. However, when trying to add new pages for our upcoming releases, I’m receiving an ‘upgrade to enterprise plan’ message. Even after attempting to delete some pages to make space, the modal persists.

This is particularly urgent as we need to create 1-2 new pages in the next two weeks for time-sensitive content. I suspect our workspace may have been inadvertently downgraded to the starter plan’s 2-page limit, despite being on the CMS plan ($29/month).

While I have scheduled a call with your team for Friday the 13th (the earliest available slot), this will be too late for our charity’s immediate needs. We have content that needs to go live before this date. Is there a way to contact support directly via email rather than just through the call calendar?

Could you please help verify our page limit settings as soon as possible?

This is blocking our ability to launch critical content.

Screenshots attached for reference.

Thanks for your help
