CMS Limit Reached, but we haven't reached it?

Issue Description

I went to add a new entry to my site’s CMS, but was met with the following alert: “You’ve created all the items allowed by your CMS Hosting plan. To add more, upgrade to Business Hosting.”

CMS Hosting allows for 2,000 items in CMS, but our website only has 104 entries; therefore, I suspect that it’s a bug.
