CMS limit not updating (critical impact)

Dear Community

I am trying to post CMS items to my website using the api and get the following message.

“You’ve created all the items allowed on your current plan. Add CMS Hosting to create more.”."

I am on the Business Plan with 10k items and have about 2000 only.

I’ve seen on a forum that updates are sometimes not working for CMS limits. I’m assuming this is the same issue here.

This has become critical to our operations. I’ve contacted support but haven’t gotten an answer yet.

I’ve encountered this problem with some PowerImporter customers. They add a CMS plan but the API doesn’t detect it.

It’s usually fixed by publishing the site after buying the CMS plan.
