Hey guys, I’m building out a small job board with the built in CMS, no custom code. I need some help.

I have it showing the job description of the item I click on, but I can only view the items I click as I go down the list, not up it. I seem to have a basic understanding of why it is happening, but am unable to resolve the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Bonus issue: I can’t seem to make the scrollable text for the longer Job Descriptions actually scroll. Any ideas?
