CMS content isn't showing up on my website

Hi,

I just created a new Collection (2025 Conference Speakers), but the data isn’t showing up on my website (www.ycpconference.org) in the ‘Speakers’ section. Can anyone help me find what’s wrong?

Hey Thomas,

You have not put any elements in your collection list. You need to create your speaker “card” and bind the elements to the CMS fields you want to show.

Thank you Michael! I’ve fixed that, but now have a problem with the modals in the section popping up off-center and showing up under the main images from the Collection List

That’s a very different problem- worthy of a different post. You’ll just have to work through the style settings and interactions you’re applying.

Modals can be challenging to debug, because there are many style settings that can conflict with those modal interactions. I think we’ve talked before but it you need help debugging more complex features, drop me a message and we’ll chat.

Otherwise I’d save yourself the grief and skip modals, just link directly to the speaker page.

It seems like the CMS content is not displaying on your website. Please try the following steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.
  2. Check if the content is published or set to display.
  3. Verify if there are any errors in your CMS or website settings.
  4. Ensure your website theme or plugin is compatible with the CMS.
