CMS Collection Fields best practices - Phone number

I built a CMS Collection, within the collection, I am using a Phone field and a Text field to populate content such as:

“1-800-88-8899 (toll-free number)” a user be able to click on the link and make a phone call.

This method uses two Fields from the collection which makes it very expensive since I have run out of fields (0/30) available once I repeat the same method a few times.

Is there a better solution to this issue that I am not considering here?
