CMS Category name displaying &

Hi everyone

I am creating a catalogue using jetboost.io and some custom code. I have used the following line of code to replace the placeholder text in the search form to display the category name e.g. Search Education Courses.

Which works exactly how I want it to, however, it displays & as & amp; in the category name.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
