I had successfully embedded code from W3school html audio (recommended by a couple of YouTubers)and it was working beautifully. But come back to it after working on other pages in the site and I get an error message. I reloaded the dropbox links with its adjustment to the end and I still have the error. It was working great before. I know I added some code for the shop but I can’t see how it would affect the player snippets. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If files loaded from an external service are not working then check with the service provider. Dropbox has limits on file consumption. Maybe you hit them. Personally I don’t recommend using Dropbox to “stream” content. It’s a sharing platform really.

I recommend SoundCloud as a hosting provider over dropbox.
