Cloned multi-step form doesn't submit

Hello everyone

I have cloned a multi-step form in my project succesfully.

The only problem I seem to have is: it doesn’t submit to the right mail address.

When I look in the project settings I can see that the form has been submitted but I just don’t get the email notification.

Is there something I need to change in order to let the multi-step form work?

Pls let me know something
