Client cannot use the editor panel to create a new blog post

Hello everyone,

Can someone help me, please? My client can no longer create a new post as a content editor. She can’t find the “create a new post” button

I added her co-worker’s as a content editor, she’s having the same issue as well. Please refer to the screenshot attached here.

Their current site plan is the CMS plan, if that’s helpful to find out the problem :slight_smile:

@natalieonghm - I suggest you open a ticket with support. There is no way for the community to test / isolate this issue really.

Thank you so much for posting this here! That screenshot looks like the static pages tab, which in the Editor it’s not possible to add static pages, only new collection based pages. If they tab over to the Collection tab and select a collection, then they should be able to add new posts to the blog collection.
