Chaty App Not Appearing on Live Site

Hi all!

I have a website that’s live, and I have an app called Chaty that I thought was correctly installed. It displays fine on the staging site, but doesn’t appear at all on the live site.

The Chaty website suggests the following information regarding installation of the code:

“Copy the code and paste it in every page above the < / head >”

Now, I can’t do that (I don’t think) because I don’t see where I can access the website code, so Chaty suggests this:

“If you can’t add the code before the closing tag, you can paste the code before the closing < / body > tag”

I’ve done the above, but still no luck. I’m new to Webflow, so if I am missing a very simple trick please forgive me!

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Site-wide code is managed from the dashboard, not the designer.
You want to paste it on the code tab there before-/head

Hi Michael, thank you for the prompt response. I found where to add the code as you said, but no luck. I’ve tried pasting in both Footer code and Head code. On the same page, it does say the app is added to the site :frowning:

Fixed! The issue was on the Chaty dashboard, with the domain being listed as the staging site, so I changed it to the domain of the live site and that fixed it!
