Changing the Tab language and photo

How do I change the tab logo and language? I downloaded a template, tried like the dickens, and can’t figure it out.

You can check those:

Logo > Favicons and touch icons | Webflow University

Text > Add SEO title and meta description | Webflow University > The tab text is the page name
