Changing the order of 3 testimonials and putting the last one first

Someone built my landing page, and it has three testimonials in the testimonial section and I want to move the third one up to the first position. How do I do that? Thank you

In general, if you’re using the CMS for your testimonials, you’d add a sortable field such as a date of the testimonial, a star rating, or a number field, and then you’d sort on that field to get the ordering you want - top 3 review, most recent 3 reviews, specific order of reviews ( by entering numbers like 1, 2, 3 )…
