Changing text settings in an embedded form

Hi All

I actually have 2 items I am asking for guidance on:

1. I am trying to change the colour settings on the typography in this embedded form, but I don’t know how to access the settings. Any guidance for a noob?
2. I am trying to get rid of the ugly part border on this video and I’m not sure if its the contain / fill settings that would do that or if I could overlay a broader border.
